"Adopted: The New American Family" follows John and Jacqui on their journey to adopt a little girl from China (watch John and Jacqui receive their referral). Through them, we experience all of the hope, excitement, complications and frustrations that come with international adoption.

The film will be released in early 2008, but in the meantime, we invite you to browse the links at right to learn more about transracial adoption. These resources range from explanations of the adoption process to articles on racial identity in transracial adoptees to video clips of adoption experts discussing common issues such as attachment and abandonment. We hope these resources prove useful to anyone who has adopted or is considering adoption. Feel free to email us with suggestions.
